FAQ

Do you do commissioned work? Yes, I have done many commissioned pieces including a 1.2 m x 2 m canvas so size really doesn't matter! Simply contact me with your thoughts and we can work on a brief that can be quoted for acceptance.

Are your products in stock? If you can buy it on our website then YES it is in stock...if there is a delay, we will notify you by phone or email.

How much is postage within Australia? Due to the variation in artwork sizes/fragility/insurance all customers will be contacted by phone after purchase to confirm additional delivery charges for acceptance and payment before shipping. 

Pickup? Purchase online and call us to arrange collection of your item (studio/gallery is in Adelaide)

Do you ship international? Shipping is arranged after the checkout process and at the customers expense. Please contact us to discuss the various options

When can I expect my order? We process orders within 24-48 hours from when we receive them. Expect your delivery FAST!!  Should there be a delay in processing we will notify you via email or phone. Please allow 2-7 business days.

Please note: There will be some disruption to shipping during COVID-19 

Do you issue returns? As each piece is a 'one off' we do not provide a return or refund for artwork purchased so please choose carefully. All artwork is photographed before and after packaging prior to dispatch. In the unlikely event that your purchase is damaged in transit please provide within 5 business days of receipt, a photograph(s) of the package when delivered prior to opening and also of item where damaged for assessment and negotiation for a mutually agreeable resolution

Are your images reliable? Images may vary slightly in colour from the actual item due to your screen resolution.
